This is our families favorite alternative to Prime Rib. Striploin- Other names for the Striploin include Strip, New York Strip, or Club Steak. The strip steak is a cut of beef steaks from the short loin of a cow. It consists of a muscle that does little work. The area below the backbone is home to some of the most tender and popular cuts of beef. 

 

 

Boneless Prime Striploin roast ready to re heat.  Aged at least 30 days for extra-tender texture, butcher-cut hand-selected striploin perfectly trimmed of exterior fat by hand, slow smoked to perfection for hours, weight may vary, with an average of approximately 5 lbs. It is a GREAT alternative to a Prime Rib. The Striploin will come cold with easy re-heat instructions. Smoked Striploin from The Butcher BBQ Stand will make you a holiday hero. Simply heat in your oven at until the desired internal temperature is reached and enjoy! (includes instructions), homemade horseradish sauce, and au jus for all your Christmas needs. This will serve up to 8 to 10 individuals.
