We offer pre-orders for pickup when ordering from 2 up to 30 days in advance.

Minimum order of 5lb pound ($150) minimum order. 

Pre-orders are to go only. 

NO WAIT IN LINE- ONLINE ORDERS go to a pickup window on north side of the RED smokehouse to pick up their order. 

We suggest at least 1/2 to 2/3 pounds of meat per person. Healthy eaters may eat more.
We provide our bbq sauce Martin's potato bread with sliced bulk meat orders.
We are unable to make separate packages for your order.
We only offer full pounds of sliced meats & whole slabs

 If you do not see a date available in the 30-day timeframe, it has filled. We have a 5lb ($150) minimum and a 30 pound maximum for orders. Pre-orders are available for pickup between 10:30am and 4:00pm.
