Salmon

Our salmon is best enjoyed at room temperature. We recommend removing the product from the refrigerator and package 20-25 minutes prior to serving. Enjoy your salmon warm? Use the residual heat from the dish you are preparing to naturally warm the salmon. For example, flaking the salmon on top of pizza or pasta. However, if you prefer to heat it in the oven, you can wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

Beans, Sweet Potato Casserole, Mac and Cheese

To heat in a pan in the oven, use a covered, oven-safe pan or casserole dish at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. 

*If Mac and Cheese seems dry after heating you can always add a little milk to it to soften it up or heavy cream. Suggested would be 3/4 cup to 1 cup

Green Bean Casserole

Green bean casserole needs to cook for about 45 to 60 minutes covered at 350°F. If your green bean casserole has been in the fridge, you will likely need to add some extra time! At the end you can uncover and add back in for 15 minutes to crisp up the onions on top.

To heat in a pan in the oven, use a covered, oven-safe pan or casserole dish at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. You can uncover the last 15 -20 minutes to add a crispy texture or crisp to desired texture.​

Tator Tot Casserole

Turkey Breast

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 325°F or 350°F.

  2. Prepare Turkey: Remove from packaging. Place in a roasting pan. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of chicken broth or water to the pan.

  3. Cover: Loosely tent the turkey with aluminum foil to prevent drying.

  4. Heat: Bake for approximately 15-30 minutes per pound (e.g., 3-5 lb breast for 20-45 mins).

  5. Check Temp: Heat until a meat thermometer reads 145°F in the thickest part.

  6. Rest: Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to redistribute juices.
