Whole Side Honey Smoked Salmon

This is a whole side of smoked Cedar planked salmon with our famous Honey rub. Perfectly smoked and is a great addition to your Thanksgiving. It's perfect to set out with crackers for an appetizer or part of your main course. 
 
You will pick up your order at the Butcher BBQ Stand any one of the days of December 20th, 21st, or 22nd during normal operating hours. There will be a designated area to pick up your order. Fast and simple
